Staff are great but it is a very tired Regus needing a bit of maintenance and updating.Business lounge is a bit like a 6th form common room - small, uncomfortable and the plugs weren't working to plug laptops into.Unfortunately won't be coming back here to work!

I have held off writing a review as I dont like to write a bad review, but maybe they will listen and resond to me if I do. I was a loyal customer to Regus for numerous years. I decide to refocus my business closer to home so left end of July 2018. I am still waiting for my full refund. When you leave you have to pay a fee for your room to be redecorated. It was agreed we would pay a reduced fee when we renegotiated our contract and moved rooms so I am still owed money. So 3 months later I am still chasing every week. Today has been the final straw I emailed Regus Helpdesk a week ago, no reply as normal. I called Regus Helpdesk today no reply and no option to leave a message. I have also contacted Regus Basingstoke numerous times who just tell me they are looking into it and to contact Helpdesk. I am most disappointed. Maybe writing this review they might contact me to resolve the issue.
Building in need of some refurb. Temperamental air con. We have reached 31 degrees in the office before now.
