I've had an excellent service over the last year with any work I've needed doing. Responses are prompt and professional. The London staff are friendly and approachable. The trades staff deliver repairs to a very high standard. Today I had a boiler repair completed within 5 hours of reporting the fault - the engineer kept me informed throughout and was highly professional.Excellent all round service.

Absolutely shocking service from this agents. Communication is not within their remit. When communication did happen it was very conflicting, varies depending on who you speak with, very inconsistent. It felt as though they had varying agendas and we felt they were very untrustworthy even though they said, we will look after you!! They definitely didn't do that. I would never recommend them to anyone.
