I was wary after seeing some mixed reviews. So I emailed them directly, and they assuaged my fears and confirmed that what I wanted to purchase was in stock. My email was responded to quickly. I placed my order for two different sets of RER tickets and a carnet of Metro tickets. I paid for my order, which included a delivery charge- royal mail special delivery, guaranteed before 1pm, which I was happy to pay. Within half an hour of placing my order, I had received a confirmation of my order and payment. By the end of the day I had received an email saying my order had been dispatched, and attached a tracking number. From start to finish, the process was smooth, communication was prompt, the order delivered quickly and on time, and now I am all set to travel to Paris. Even better, was the free Paris Map and Metro Map, with a discount card for one of the shopping centres. I will order from them again.
