Kayleigh was very professional, friendly and is clearly a superb manager.
Excellent customer service. Easy to reserve online then when it was time to start using the storage I was shown my storage locker and was allowed to offload into it whilst the paperwork was prepared. Once I was finished I sat down and signed the paperwork and was out of there. The lockups are clean and easily accessible. Mine was on the 1st floor so offloaded onto some trollies which were put into a large lift. Unloaded the other end and was done. 7 day cancellation notice is all that's required once I have no need for storage anymore. From start to finish a most pleasurable experience.
