What great customer service. We had an unusual relocation challenge and asked Miles for a quote. He came back really promptly to say that unfortunately he couldn't do what we wanted - but he gave us some really valuable advice about how we could find a removal company who would be able to do what we needed. As a result taking his advice we did find someone who could support us. We were incredibly impressed that Miles took the time to give us advice, when he wasn't able to quote for the job himself.
The lads did a grand job, thanks - even moving a heavy sofa bed upstairs. Very friendly yet professional and both couldnt have been more helpful! A credit to your company
