Lenovo has no working support- I was shouted at, told to install an earlier Win to 10 (which was preinstalled by Lenovo) and crashes every month. Then 'support' hung up! Online is just help articles. Customer Care is a sales/order line in China- asked which language and given /uk number that out of order. After 11 hrs with MS techs its a serious issue not solvable. Lenovo offered a 'repair' when the device is unfit for purpose. Company policy overides UK law? Lenovo will not fix the issue simply force it out of warranty. There is no way to contact managers, find a complaint process or contact Lenovo UK. It wants your money then cuts and runs. Why is it licensed to trade?
Lenovo technical support for ThinkPad are an absolute nightmare to deal with unfortunately Alex keeps picking up the phone to assist us. Alex is a nightmare to deal with. Onsite appointments are often missed. Avoid this company at all costs especially if Alex is still working in the technical support department.

Lenovo. The worst product I have ever owned or purchased. Followed by service that is faceless and poor. Personal laptop has broken twice with same fault in six months. They will not replace or refund.
