Wasn't impressed initially, but eventually returned to give them a second chance - and couldn't be happier with our eventual choice. The cabin build we purchased is fantastic, and the guys that built it were great - would definitely use them again.

item arrived ok....they leave all the packaging for you to dispose of, delivery guys were really decent, quality of the product not great, so many warped pieces, manufacturing errors. Called at 16.10 on a friday afternoon to ask for some advice as 2 of the roof pieces were incorrectly made and was told by the very inexperienced representative that i needed to send an email. i explained that i just needed to speak to a sales person or someone that knows about them as it was late on a friday and i wanted to crack on and get it erected, she refused and told me to send an email. when i asked when will that be answered, she didnt know. i am guessing it would have been next week......doesnt bowed well for any future issues.

Bought one of their products over a year ago, I doubt it has another year left in it. Avoid at all costs, once they have your hard earned money. They don't want to know you. LOOK ELSE WHERE
