Dreadful surgery . Staff treat with you such contempt . Cant say how drs treat you as I waited an hour for a 9.45 am apppintment . I had to leave as prior appointment and Im not in the habit of keeping people waiting . Even for the nhs which Im usually very patient and proud of this place is an embarrassment and should be looked at for new management. Funny how if you were late your appointment would be cancelled yet to keep you waiting an hour is perfectly acceptable . Car park is far too small to cope with surgery . Im very disappointed !
Never had any problems with this surgery... Have been a patient here for a lot of years now...OK I do agree it seems to get busier and busier each year but that's more to do with lack of resources than patient care....overall I would recommend this surgery compared with others....
Doctors are ok but every time I come they are always at least 30 mins behind, even though when you check it system says doctor running on time.I'm all for everyone seeing a doctor and getting the help need. My point is they are always late I've been sent home cause i was 5 minutes late, though more than likely they were late that day.The screens never reflex they are late at least warn people
Four weeks to get an appointment to see a doctor in person. This is indeed shocking - but it's not their fault, these backlogs are largely down to underfunding of care services thoughout England. The doctors themselves do a great job.
I have to say that I am really disappointed in the service at Chineham. I actively avoid trying to make an appointment until I really think I will need one. I phoned today expecting a 6 week wait. I was happy to accept this. I couldn't even book anything. no appointments are available at all. How can this be? How many people are you failing who just give up and don't bother and then end up in A&E because they couldn't get an appointment because there just inst any?I don't even know who to complain to or even if there is any point.
