After a night shift from hell with toothe pain I tried to get into my dentist but wasnt able so after phoning and googling around I found guinea dental I phoned up at 08:30 and had an appointment at 11:30 I am very anxious about dentists but from the start the reception team are fantastic then I got called in at first the dentist simon Hampton sat down and asked me lots of questions and the reason behind being so anxious from then on he talked me through everything and always asked me and explained what he was about to do he dental nurse was very bubbly and all the staff made me feel comfortable I will definitely keep going well worth the money to go private I will recommend to anyoneThank you so much guys and see u soon
Went to see Chris the hygienist. He was very pleasant . He gave my teeth a great clean and provided me with some sound advice to help improve my oral health .
During the examination the assistant had coughing episodes and she did not cover her mouth. This was while my mouth was open, and the dentist was poking around. There seemed a lack of understanding of hygiene. Later on the same day I requested some information over the telephone and was told I would get a call back but nobody called me back.I have been visiting the practice for some years now and the standards seem to have gone down. Two of the dentists I used to know have left and the support team members are less professional.
I have been a patient at Guinea Court Dental Surgery for over 10 years now and cannot praise them enough. They are totally professional and extremely ethical in their approach to dentistry. Harvey Rook was an excellent dentist who made me feel completely comfortable and at ease but he has changed direction to concentrate on running the business, a very sad loss from my perspective. However, I saw Jamie Warnock recently and he was obviously made aware of my nervous disposition towards dentists! I found him to be very charming, caring, and extremely knowledgable in his field. He gave me the confidence which I feel is needed between patient and dentist and I look forward to seeing him again (as much as one can look forward to seeing a dentist!!) The reception staff and dental nurses are all very lovely and helpful too which again is an important factor.
Another wonderful experience at the hands of Harvey and Cyrus! This was my second implant process and it was equally as successful and stress free as the first. They are both perfectionists. Kindly explaining each procedure with care, concern and compassion. Their professionalism and level of expertise is second to none, and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Their brilliant sense of humour was a very well received bonus! My thanks also to the nurses and reception staff who are always welcoming, smiling and remember you. I would thoroughly recommend this dental surgery to anyone.
