I went back to report more issues with the car which is outrageous I only found out after I got my car checked with a local garage in reading he pointed out to that the service was not done properly example didn't top up the coolant forgot to change the oil at all plus no oiling done to the doors either these are very basic things which can be done with out any notice I am ashamed after speaking so called Garry the manager I think he needs to learn some etiquette's from his staff on how to deal with complaints instead showed his arrogance simple reason because I put a review which disliked him so what ? Then he goes I have 3000 reviews so it doesn't really matter to me ? wow ! has no courtesy to address the complaint rather being rude and trying put his common sense to hide his faults common you have no respect for customers...why would we remain quite when you have not done your job properly when I complained to him about the service he done to the vehicle he told me I'm exaggerating things just so you know I only put the review when I noticed the dash board was flashing low on oil how on earth will it flash in 40 days of service being done when it didn't flash since August 2014 on top of it You showing arrogance I think people need to double check their vehicle soon after they get their vehicle serviced if not from any other service centre but definitely from BASINGSTOKE MOT AND SRVC CENTRE ! You only going to get what you deserve your attitude stinks!!!!
Failed my car due to wheel bearing. Took it to another garage on Wade Road and they passed it, with the bearing as an advisory. Waste of money which wont be happening again. Terrible customer service aswell. Dont turn up on a Monday everyone has the day off. One guy on the desk who is rude. VXR with 30k miles still driving perfectly with all original wheel bearings!!
