I recently bought an approved used car from this dealership and was very impressed with the service I received. Basingstoke Audi done a service for me and a supposed free health check (3000 miles ago) but never advised me my brake pads were low and as such I am now facing a 755 bill because the brake discs are scored. Never again will I use this dealer, they are clearly incapable of checking basic safety features of a car and relaying that information to their customers.
