Great local pub, good food and atmosphere.
Good Roast Dinners. Well cooked meat and a good choice of veg. Will return.
When there from work treated like s-hit bar staff so far up there own back side would not recommend if working class
The slowest bar maids I've ever seen, food takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Never experienced it being less than this. Atmosphere is good, and the food when you get it is great, only reason for the stars.
Pleasant village pub on outskirts of Basingstoke. Four of us turned up without reservations after 1pm on a sunny November Saturday. We were offered comfortable seats in a sunny window bay Selection of 10 or 12 main dishes from 10, plus starters, sandwiches etc. Generous portions. Very dog friendly. Several people were drinking at outside tables
